There is so much more info regarding the project that we should add.(Deadlines, terms, groups and categories (if you envision that your product is used for 25+ projects this requires more levels of organization.

Template task lists functionality is also a must. As a manager, I'll have structured steps for both custom and "standard" projects that I would want to add as needed.

Budgets grid is not really user-friendly. Besides the hours and amounts , it would be great to have a place for estimates vs. actual time spent.
